The following services are included in the price of the apartment:
1 - 10% VAT, water, electricity, gas and air conditioning,
2 - beach with umbrella and two sun loungers only in Jesolo, (some apartments may not have beach service included)
3 - Parking for one car. (some apartments may not have car parking included)
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
1 - Cost of final cleaning service is per stay based on the number of rooms
2 - Sheets, pillowcases and towels will be provided only upon request, the cost of which will be paid by the guest in cash at check-in, to the guest who has not requested the supply of linen (sheets and towels) and who has not brought with him your own, you will not be allowed access to the apartment, and any supply of linen by us will entail a higher cost. (only for the Grassana and Bellocchio apartments in Asiago, linen, sheets, pillowcases and towels are included in the price.)
3 - The security deposit must be paid online, or in cash upon arrival: from 1 to 7 nights the deposit amount is €100, from 8 to 14 nights the deposit amount is €200, and will be refunded at check-out, after checking the apartment.
4 - For children from 0 to 3 years old we provide a cot and high chair upon request to be paid separately (it will be possible to bring the
own cot on request, children who do not have a cot must have an oilcloth.
5 - Check-in is possible from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm, after 6.00 pm it is considered "late Check-in" and therefore a supplement will be applied, check-ins are not carried out after 11.00 pm, this will only be possible for apartments equipped with automated opening.
6 - An extra cost will be charged for intervention calls during the stay due to the customer's negligence.
7 - The tourist tax in Jesolo is €1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days from May to September, children up to 10 years old are exempt
8 - The tourist tax in Asiago is €1.90 per person per day for a maximum of 20 days throughout the year, children up to 10 years old are exempt
IMPORTANT NOTES
1 - At check-in the documents (identity card or passport) of the staying guests will be requested; for the obligations of
law. (Legislative Decree 30/06/2006, n. 196), better if sent via our booking-engine before arrival.
2 - It is absolutely forbidden to host other people other than those regularly registered under penalty of immediate termination of the contract.
3 - Guests are required to have maximum education and respect for the property, furnishings and silence times. Any damage or malfunction must be communicated immediately. If the guest's responsibility is verified, the cost of the damage will be charged through Booking.com. airbnb, or expedia.
4- - Only small pets are allowed and upon request a supplement may be required for final cleaning. Furthermore, they must never be left alone in the house.
5 - Guests are invited to respect the rules of separate waste collection, empty the rubbish bins into the appropriate bins every day, and upon departure wash the used crockery, turn off the lights and air conditioning, empty and turn off the refrigerator.
6 - It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartment, as well as to change the arrangement of the furnishings. Please respect the linen (do not clean lipsticks or foundation) and do not step on carpets and towels in the bathroom with your shoes.
7 - Kind guests staying in Jesolo are asked to shower on the beach and remove the sand before entering the apartment and therefore returning from the beach. avoid bringing objects, inflatables, toys full of sand into the condominium/apartment.
8 - Please park your car only in the assigned place, also use only the umbrella and sunbeds assigned to the apartment.
9- In Jesolo the tourist tax and the linen set and other extra services must be paid in cash upon arrival, while for Asiago they must be paid by bank transfer which must be visible at least 3 days before arrival.
