TThe following services are included in the apartment price:
1 - 10% VAT, water, electricity, gas, and air conditioning.
2 - Parking for one parking space. Please park only in the assigned space (some apartments may not include parking).
3 - It is mandatory to complete the online check-in process before arrival, including signing the contract, accepting the privacy policy, and entering your identification documents (pursuant to Law 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Works). Failure to complete this form may result in cancellation of your reservation, at our sole discretion.
ADDITIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID UPON ONLINE CHECK-IN:
1 - The final cleaning fee is per stay based on the number of rooms.
2 - Sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not included in the price of your stay and must be paid upon online check-in.
3- The Jesolo tourist tax is €1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days from May to September. Children up to 10 years old are exempt. This tax must be paid by credit card on Stripe upon check-in, along with linens and final cleaning.
4- The security deposit, if required, must be paid online: for 1 to 7 nights, the deposit is €100; for 8 to 14 nights, the deposit is €200. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment.
5- Children aged 0 to 3 years must sleep in a crib. We provide a crib and high chair upon request, subject to a separate charge (you may bring your own crib; children without a crib must bring a tarpaulin).
6- Calls for assistance during your stay due to guest negligence will incur an additional charge.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1- Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-ins after 6:00 PM are considered "late check-in" and will incur a surcharge. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted; this is only possible for apartments with automatic door entry systems.
2- The tenant undertakes to use the apartment leased for residential use only for tourism purposes and as a temporary secondary residence. Subletting the apartment or hosting other guests other than those duly registered upon arrival is strictly prohibited, under penalty of immediate termination of the contract. Please return it by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure in the same condition in which you received it.
3 - Guests are asked to be extremely polite and respectful of the property, its furnishings, and the quiet hours. Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately. If the guest is found to be responsible, the cost of the damage will be charged to the security deposit or through Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia.
4 - Only small pets are allowed, and a final cleaning fee may be charged upon request. They must never be left alone in the apartment, and may incur a fee.
5 - Guests are asked to respect the rules of waste separation, emptying the garbage bins daily in the designated bins, washing used dishes upon departure, turning off the lights and air conditioning, emptying and turning off the refrigerator, and placing linens in the designated bags.
6 - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, as is changing the arrangement of the furniture. Please be respectful of the linens (do not clean lipstick or foundation) and do not Stepping on rugs and towels in the bathroom with shoes.
7 - Guests staying in Jesolo are kindly requested to shower on the beach and remove sand before entering their apartment and returning from the beach. Avoid bringing objects, inflatables, or toys filled with sand into the apartment/condominium.
Completing the online check-in form implies acceptance of the above rules and replaces a signature.
